Scope of Work: Pile driving, new dock installation, construction of two buildings and other architectural features along Juneau’s downtown waterfront. (The Port Customs building was completed in the spring of 2011 and construction on the Visitors Center phase is slated to begin in October 2011 and be completed in May of 2012.

Project Timeline: October 2010 – May 2011 and Oct 2011 – May 2012
Estimated Project Cost: $8,100,000
